As a training company with 20 years of experience, we have developed great relationships with our customers and generally understand what works for all parties. We avoid overfilling our courses and prefer our delegates to interact with each other. Delegates often come from different companies and have mixed abilities, but we ensure everyone gains from the experience. To make our courses viable we need to ensure minimum numbers of attendance. We allow bookings of just one delegate, but these can be subject to rescheduling or cancellation if we don’t get minimum numbers within 2 weeks of the course running.
